Dependable service
The products are great, if a bit limited here, my few experiences with the customer service have also been pretty good, and my orders have always arrived, on time too. I always feel comfortable buying things from ABUniverse, since I am confident I'll receive my order, and that I will enjoy it when it arrives.

Service was super prompt as always
Service was super prompt as always. I live in Vancouver WA, so I'm pretty close, but I imagine everyone is still really busy, especially with the holiday seasons coming up. If I want to make an order and I want to do it free of anxiety, ABU is my go-to!
