How do I get an invoice or receipt for my order?

Every order has an invoice you can download yourself, as often as you like:

Sign in and open the order on your account page.
Choose Get an invoice, then Itemised receipt. The PDF opens in a new tab.

The invoice shows the items, prices, tax, shipping, how you paid and the seller's company details. It is issued by Strom Holdings, the company behind ABUniverse, and carries the Factur-X e-invoice data that accounting software can read.

Paying with an HSA or FSA card in the United States or Canada? The same page offers an HSA/FSA receipt, which lists the items as medical supplies without product names.

If an order is missing from your account, it was placed with a different email address. Open a support ticket with the order number and we will send the invoice to you.

When using HSA, FSA, or seeking reimbursement from insurance or medical funding, proper documentation is essential. ABUniverse can provide itemised receipts, FSA/HSA receipts, and commercial invoices. Request documents before or after ordering, and expect processing in 1-3 business days. ABU cannot bill insurers directly.
