I've ordered the incorrect items.

Be sure to check your order confirmation email after placing your order to ensure you have ordered the correct items.

Before your order is processed

If your order has not yet entered processing, the quickest way to resolve this is:

1. Follow our step-by-step guide to cancel your order — this is fully automated and will issue a refund immediately. You can then place a new order with the correct items. (Do note that refunds may take a bit of time to process depending on the card provider)
2. Alternatively, use the "Edit" button next to the Cancel button on your Order Status Page. This will place your order back into your cart so you can make changes and checkout again.

You can access your Order Status Page via the "Orders" page on your account at ABUniverse.com (look for the person icon at the top of the page), or by following the "View your Order" link in your order confirmation email.

If you have ordered incorrect items and would like to request a change instead, please contact us at abucares@abuniverse.com as soon as possible with your order number and the items you would like to change. We will do our best to make changes right away, subject to stock availability.

Please note: Our customer service team is based on the US West Coast (9:30 AM – 4:30 PM PST). Messages received outside of these hours will be responded to the following business day.

I've received my order and ordered the wrong items

Due to the nature of our products, diapers cannot be returned or exchanged once received. If you only realise after delivery that you ordered the wrong items, we may not be able to accommodate an exchange or return request.

If you have questions, please submit a support ticket or reach out via ABUCares.com with your order details as soon as possible. Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.
