If we sell it, we support it, regardless of which of our stores or certified resellers sold it. Send us a ticket using the "New support ticket" link in the upper right, or call the support number for your region, and we'll assist you to the best of our ability. If you purchased from one of our resellers, and compensation or replacement is merited, you will have the option of receiving it directly from ABU, or that reseller. If the reseller is to provide this, then we will get in touch with them to work out the details.

If we don't currently sell it, our support will be limited, even if it's an old ABU brand. This includes products no longer produced, such as the original version of SDKs, or Cloth Backed Cushies. We will be unable to provide compensation or replacements for any defects; these will have to come from the store from which they were purchased.
