My Tracking Number Has an Error / Doesn't Show Anything! What's Wrong?

If you just got your shipping notification email, and you're trying to look at the tracking, be patient.

New tracking numbers will generate errors or be unable to pull up information because they're too new. They have to be scanned at least once by the carrier in order to start showing updates.

If you've waited a full business day since placing your order and you still don't have updates, then it's time to send us a ticket so we can look into it.
