My Tracking Says “Delivered,” but I Didn’t Receive My Order

Last updated: September 5, 2026
Applies to: United States

If your tracking shows Delivered but you can’t find your package, please follow these steps:

1. Check Around First

1. Look around the delivery address (porch, side door, behind objects, etc.).
2. Ask anyone else at the location if they accepted the package for you.
3. Allow a little time, in rare cases, packages are marked delivered before they are physically dropped off.

2. Contact the Carrier

If the package still can’t be located, the next step depends on the shipping carrier:

USPS
Please contact your local post office directly. Only the destination post office can start a mail search or lost-package inquiry. Have your tracking number ready.

Note: Not all USPS services are eligible for formal lost-package claims, but a mail search can usually still be requested.

FedEx or UPS
Please contact ABUCares. For these carriers, lost-package claims are best initiated by us on your behalf.

3. Investigation Period

Once a case is opened, we must wait for the carrier’s investigation to conclude.
During this time, no replacement shipment can be sent, as packages are sometimes located and delivered after being reported missing.

4. What Happens Next

If the carrier confirms the package was lost or misdelivered:
We’ll reship your order at no additional cost to you

If the carrier confirms the package was delivered:

The order will be considered fulfilled. If you believe the package was stolen, we recommend filing a police report. Once submitted, we may review the case further.
