Can I ship to P.O. Box or Parcel Locker?

You certainly can ship to a PO Box or Parcel Locker. You will need to select the Australia Post shipping option for your region.


If you select Street address your order will be placed on hold until you provide a valid street address or pay the Australia Post rate.

Shipping to a P.O. BOX:

When shipping to P.O. Box it should have your name, P.O. Box (number), Suburb or Town, State, Postcode. Please do not put it all on the first line.


Example:

John Smith

P.O. Box 123

Chadstone, Victoria, 3148


Shipping to a Parcel Locker:

When shipping to a Parcel Locker it should have your Name, Parcel Locker (10 digit number), Street Address, Town or Suburb, State, Postcode. DO NOT PUT IT ALL ON ONE LINE.

Parcel Locker 1234567891

60 Example St

Chadstone, Victoria, 3148
