The Order came as expected customer support not so much.

The Order came as expected. However the Customer Support after is suffering. I have requested twice now for an FSA Reciept and ABU has been radio silent.

Hi Raven, I have checked your ticket and it looks like Ian has already attached a receipt for you same day you put in the request. Can you check over at account.abuniverse.com under "My Tickets" if you can see the response from Ian? Feel free to answer there and also be sure to check your email, our Ticket System indicates that you have gotten the email but it could also be just landed in Spam due to the PDF attachment. Edit: Glad we could sort it out for you and you got the receipt now! :) - Tin from ABUCares

Best hat

Best hat. Love wearing it in public and people either know and you get that not, or they ask and you can say it is just a Husky.

Everything’s great, but the alpha-gators fall apart

If the alphagators were more durable you would be my sole diaper shop. Service side was 10/10 Package was discrete and arrived pretty quick.

Bit of a disappointment :( I looove the print and the cloth backed texture is really nice. But they’re really not durable for even daytime wear, the padding separates from the shell and clumps up even after an hour of wear.

Solid for daytime use. Was durable and soft enough to stay comfortable after a few wettings
TinyTails · Medium / Not Scented / Pack - 10 Diapers

The outer shell’s texture, amazing. The softness, just right. The print, adorable (I’m not even a furry). The swell, divine. Definite favourite for lazy Sundays

These were also alright but did tend to have the padding separate from the shell before reaching capacity
