If you have a product idea or feedback, including suggestions for new print artwork, you can send it to us at feedback@abuniverse.com. We appreciate your input and consider all suggestions, but please note that we cannot guarantee an individual response to each submission.

Requesting a Vaulted Product to Return

If you're interested in seeing a vaulted product return, such as a specific design or size, you can also send your request to feedback@abuniverse.com. Vaulted products are those that have been retired from our regular lineup. While we review all requests, bringing back a vaulted product depends on various factors, including demand.

Sponsorship and event support: how to ask ABU to sponsor your event

ABU is open to sponsoring events, conventions, and meetups. To request sponsorship, contact sponsorship@abucares.com with details like event name, date, location, audience size, and type of support needed. Submit requests 2-3 months in advance.

I have contacted ABUCares but havent received a response yet

If you haven't received a response from ABUCares, check for an automated confirmation email with a ticket number. Expect a response within one business day for general inquiries. If there's no reply after two days, contact us with your ticket number. Resubmit your ticket if no automated response was received.

How to: ABU Scent Strip

The ABU Scenting Strips are used to infuse diapers with a pleasant scent. To use, open the scent strip package, cut a small hole in the diaper package, insert the strip, and reseal the hole to contain the scent.
