Authorized Reseller Status

Becoming an authorized reseller means you will have access to our wholesale pricing, marketing materials, and support from our team. You will also be listed as an official reseller on our website.

My package was returned to ABU: what happens next?

If your package was returned to ABU, it may be due to an incorrect address, uncollected package, or using a PO Box with a non-USPS service. Reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility. ABUCares will contact you after the package is returned. You can request a refund instead of reshipping.

I have contacted ABUCares but havent received a response yet

If you haven't received a response from ABUCares, check for an automated confirmation email with a ticket number. Expect a response within one business day for general inquiries. If there's no reply after two days, contact us with your ticket number. Resubmit your ticket if no automated response was received.
