Sponsorship and event support: how to ask ABU to sponsor your event

ABU is happy to consider sponsoring events, conventions, and meetups worldwide. If you're an event organiser, convention host, party organiser, streamer, or ABDL creator looking for support, here’s how to reach out to us.

Contact Information

To request sponsorship, please contact our team at sponsorship@abucares.com. Make sure to include all necessary details in your request.

Information to Include in Your Request

  • Event Name: The name of your event.

  • Date: When your event is taking place.

  • Location: Where your event will be held.

  • Audience Size: The expected number of attendees.

  • What You Are Asking For: Specify the type of support you are seeking, such as product donations, changing-room restocks, gift cards, raffle items, vendor tables, panel support, stream sponsorships, or creator partnerships.

Lead Time

Please submit your request well in advance of your event. We recommend reaching out at least 2-3 months before your event date to allow us time to assess and respond to your request.

Types of Support Available

ABU offers various types of support, including:

  • Product or diaper donations

  • Changing-room restocks

  • Gift cards

  • Raffle or goodie-bag items

  • Vendor tables

  • Panel support

  • Stream sponsorships

  • Creator partnerships

However, please note that we do not offer standing or annual partnerships with local organisations. Each event is approved individually, as our capacity to support can change.

My package was returned to ABU: what happens next?

If your package was returned to ABU, it may be due to an incorrect address, uncollected package, or using a PO Box with a non-USPS service. Reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility. ABUCares will contact you after the package is returned. You can request a refund instead of reshipping.
