In situations where a courier expects delays with your package this should be reflected in your tracking information. These delays usually resolve themselves and may be more common during peak periods such as Cyber Week or the Festive period.

Sometimes your package may be taking longer than usual to be delivered and your tracking information will not feature any information about expected delays, in these circumstances we typically allow our couriers 7 business days to provide a scan or update for your package. This may be because a local depot may have a backlog of packages and just require some additional time to scan your package. These delays typically resolve themselves but please don't hesitate to contact us if your package has not received a scan within 7 working days.

In the event that your package is still "pending collection" from one of our warehouses, please note that your package may have been handed over to the courier but was not scanned upon collection from our warehouses. This typically resolves in a few hours once our packages arrive at a local depot but can take an extra day or two if our couriers are experiencing a busy period.

If you have any concerns, please reach out to us at and we can look into what delays may be affecting your package. Please note that we aren't able to prevent or speed up shipping delays for packages that are in transit but we are able to seek updates and further information from our couriers.
