I provided the wrong address and my order hasn't shipped yet. 

Let us know at as soon as possible, we may be able to change the address details on your order prior to shipment.  During busier periods, we may not be able to attend all requests in a timely manner.

If you still have concerns regarding your address change, the quickest way to resolve this issue is to cancel your order and place it again with the correct address.

The quickest way to cancel your order is to do so via your account at or by following the link to view your order in your order confirmation email. 

Providing your order has not yet been processed, you'll be able to cancel your order via the "Orders" page at Look for the little person icon across the top of our webpage. 

I provided the wrong address and my order is currently in the shipment stage. 

Once an order has been shipped we may not be able to request any changes to your address. The best thing to do would be to redirect your package via the tracking information you have received or request that the package gets held for collection at alocal depot.

We may be able to initiate a recall on your package but cannot offer any guarantees, this depends where your package is along the journey. If we need to initiate a recall on your package, we will need to collect the return shipping fees and any new outbound shipping costs associated with reshipment. Please contact for assistance as soon as possible. 

My order has been delivered but I've realised I provided the wrong address.

Once a package has been delivered, our range of options are limited and we cannot accept responsibility for your package being delivered to the address provided. 

If able, we recommend trying to retrieve your package from the address you provided.

In the event that you aren't able to retrieve your package we may be able to work towards a reshipment. Please note that you may be required to pay for any or all items on the order along with any associated shipping costs. 

We will require new address confirmation before we proceed with any reshipments relating to orders that have been delivered to the provided incorrect address.
