In the event that you have ordered the incorrect items, please let us know at as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and the items you would like to change so that we can make any changes right away providing that the stock is available. 

If you still have concerns regarding the items on your order, the quickest way to resolve this issue is to cancel your order and place it again with the correct items.

The quickest way to cancel your order is to do so via your account at or by following the link to view your order in your order confirmation email.

Providing your order has not yet been processed, you'll be able to cancel your order via the "Orders" page at Look for the little person icon across the top of our webpage.

I've received my order and realised I ordered the wrong items.

Due to the nature of our products, diapers are unable to be returned or exchanged once received by the customer. In the event that you have ordered the wrong items and only realise once your package has been delivered we may not be able to accomodate an exchange or return request.
