Processing is the normal status that you order will go into after receiving payment. 

This means it's in queue and waiting to be packed by one of our warehouses. 

If there is an issue with your order, we'll contact you and/or place it into Hold status. Typically we will process your order within 24 hours, this may take longer during busier periods such as cyber week, the festive season or during a sale.
