1. On any page on on the store site, there is a link at the top of the page that states My Account. Click it to be taken to the login page.
2. Below the fields for username and password, you'll see a link that states Lost your password? Click this.
3. Provide your email address on the next screen. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to reset your password. Check your spam and trash folders if the email isn't found after several minutes.
3b: If, when you enter your email here, you get an error that states it's invalid, then the email entered doesn't exist in our system. If what you've entered is accurate, then you'll need to create a new account by building an order and selecting the new account option during checkout.
