Can I get a discount if I ordered before or after the sale?

We cannot offer sale pricing to orders placed before the sale has started or after the sale has ended. We may extend the sale at our discretion. Customers will not be offered refunds or reimbursement if their order was placed before the sale has gone live.

In the event that your order was placed before the sale went live and has NOT been processed, you are able to cancel your order and request a refund. You may then place the order again with sale pricing applied. Your order will be placed into the processing queue and shipped on a first in, first out basis, and it will not be bumped to its prior position.
