Great diaper, no candy bag

The diapers I ordered came as expected and packaged discretely . They were very high quality, the print was adorable, and they were probably the best I’ve tried. However, the promised “candy bag” did not come despite being included on the order sheet that came with the package and promised on the website. Not the biggest deal, but it was a little disappointing that it wasn’t there.

Hi Tate, oh no! It looks like the team forgot your candy bag then :( Make sure to add a order note on your next order so we can make sure to throw in a extra one for you <3 - Tin from ABUCares

Simply amazing!! Perfect and fit nicely!!

Amazing diapers!! I would buy again, actually I plan on buying more soon :) I loved the little goodies included (the Dum Dums and stickers!!) I especially love the deer stickers in there, and I got the scented kind, and it smells great in person! They are true to size and comfy for bedtime 🩷

Went a little low on sizing but still enjoying

Since I don’t wet my diapers and just keep them until the are worn out, they are amazing. I noticed I maybe went a little smaller on the sizes and actually need a size bigger but they are still so soft and comfy and I can’t wait to make more memories in my diapees! Hopefully one day I can afford another pack.

Hi Chase, glad that you like our diapers! We do have size charts on each of the diaper products pages at the bottom. But be aware that sizes can be different between diaper lines so be sure to check the size sheet :) - Tin from ABUCares - Tin from ABUCares

The Order came as expected customer support not so much.

The Order came as expected. However the Customer Support after is suffering. I have requested twice now for an FSA Reciept and ABU has been radio silent.

Hi Raven, I have checked your ticket and it looks like Ian has already attached a receipt for you same day you put in the request. Can you check over at account.abuniverse.com under "My Tickets" if you can see the response from Ian? Feel free to answer there and also be sure to check your email, our Ticket System indicates that you have gotten the email but it could also be just landed in Spam due to the PDF attachment. Edit: Glad we could sort it out for you and you got the receipt now! :) - Tin from ABUCares

Best hat

Best hat. Love wearing it in public and people either know and you get that not, or they ask and you can say it is just a Husky.
