Well it arrived safely. It was nice to get some new stickers. I'd love to see other types of goodies in the goodi bags maby a key chain or a unique wrist band

As with every order I have done at abu, it went off without a hitch. Every product I have purchased has been delivered on time and I had great communication from them so I could plan delivery time. I am already working on my next order.

Everything’s great, but the alpha-gators fall apart
If the alphagators were more durable you would be my sole diaper shop.
Service side was 10/10
Package was discrete and arrived pretty quick.

Bit of a disappointment :(
I looove the print and the cloth backed texture is really nice. But they’re really not durable for even daytime wear, the padding separates from the shell and clumps up even after an hour of wear.

Solid for daytime use. Was durable and soft enough to stay comfortable after a few wettings
TinyTails · Medium / Not Scented / Pack - 10 Diapers

The outer shell’s texture, amazing.
The softness, just right.
The print, adorable (I’m not even a furry).
The swell, divine.
Definite favourite for lazy Sundays

These were also alright but did tend to have the padding separate from the shell before reaching capacity

Soft and Reliable
ABU consistently delivers on soft, high volume diapers that I love to use. The designs invoke a little mindset.
A better fit than Little Kings if you have a big butt. The clothbacking is nice and quiet, and the velcro tape allows it to be readjusted or taken off and put back on.

Most personable personnel for rather personal persons.
I had placed an order earlier in the morning, and very soon after, I had received an email from customer support about an address issue; the address I entered wasn't valid.
Within 20 minutes of me replying to that email, the friendly and timely customer service representative responded for additional clarification, and within 10 minutes of my confirmation of address, I received a notice that my order had been shipped.
What could have, and in all likely would have, resulted in a protracted exchange spanning multiple days from a less caring and committed company took a grand total of 45 minutes and resulted in an erroneous order detail induced hold to being shipped that very same day feels revelatory.
The diapers themselves are par excellence. They are very comfy, fit well, don't leak, everything you'd expect from a five star review on an ABDL product site. But it's the staff and support team that really make ABUniverse stand out and deserving of their accolades. You guys are awesome!

The TinyTails are wonderful and I love them so much I am making them my new diaper to wear I can’t wait to buy a full case of them. I love the bag they come in too I wish all the other diapers (Dino Rawrs, Little Kings, Little paws, etc.) had a nice designed bag too with the instructions for how to put on the diapers, and just making the bag look more like bags we see in retail and grocery stores of baby diapers look. But the TinyTails are fantastic!

Thank you so much for your kind words! I also looked into the delivery time for you. Your order was placed with our Free Economy Shipping option, which sends parcels via UPS Ground.
Your package traveled over 2,000 miles across the country. You ordered on Wednesday, July 8, and we shipped it the same day from Everett, WA. It reached the UPS hub in Hodgkins on Friday evening, July 10. Since UPS Ground doesn't typically move packages over the weekend, it stayed there until Monday, July 13, then continued on to Indiana and was delivered to your front door on July 14th.
That works out to 4 business days coast to coast, which is right within UPS Grounds normal delivery window. If you would like a faster delivery next time, our expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Thanks again for your order and trust in ABUniverse!

So sorry to hear that! We would have loved to swap the color for you, but unfortunately the Changing The World Tee is no longer being produced, so an exchange isn't possible. I completely understand that black text on a black shirt isn't to everyone's taste.
I've reached out to you via a ticket so we can find something that works for you :)
