How Do I Ship My Package To a FedEx Location?

1: Start here to find a FedEx location near you. FedEx Offices are most ideal, but Ship Centers are also good delivery endpoints. FedEx also has arranged service with several retailers, including Walgreen's and Dollar Generals.
Make sure the "Hold/Pick Up" Filter is selected when searching.

2: Check with the location to ensure that they'll accept your package. Some locations do not do this by default, and some have restrictions on what service levels they will hold for pickup. 

3: List the exact address of that location on your order. Put the location type in the company field, such as "FedEx Office", followed by "Hold at Location" This is required.

3b: You must format your address such as this:

Name: your name
Company Field: "FedEx" mention is required.
Address 1: Street address of store
Address 2: If unit/suite is present, then: Unit/Ste ###

As an example, your address should look similar to this:

John Doe
FedEx - HOLD AT LOCATION
100 Main St
Ste 110
New York, NY 10001

NOTE: If you are sending your order to a business that offers FedEx pickup, such as a Walgreen's or a Dollar General, instead of "FedEx" in the company field you need to put that business name followed by Hold for Pickup.
Example: "Walgreen's - Hold for Pickup".

You also need to put in the order special instructions that it is a "FedEx Pickup Location" as our address validator will not know it's a FedEx location unless you mention it within your order.

4: During checkout, you must choose a FedEx shipping option. This is required, and failure to do so may result in your package being returned to us automatically, which will result in delays and additional shipping fees that you will be asked to pay. Package carriers generally do not accept deliveries from each other. (example: A FedEx location accepting a package shipped with UPS).

5: Watch your tracking number once you have it. Most FedEx locations will generally only hold a package for five business days before returning it to the sender. It is also not likely that they will contact you directly when your package arrives; it is your responsibility to know when it is ready for pickup.
