DPD Pickup Shops
Most of our orders ship via DPD in the UK and can be redirected to a Pick-Up Shop or locker when you have your tracking information.
You can find your local DPD collection point here:

We do not recommend sending orders of more than two packs to a locker as most do not have slots large enough to accomodate big boxes- PickUp Shops tend not to have this limitation.
You should provde your residential address as the shipping location at checkout and then redirect to your chosen pickup location once you have the tracking details. If you only provide the address of your chosen DPD pick-up location as your shipping address then this will not trigger the sending of a collection code which means the package will appear to be for the location you sent it to rather than a pickup. This means it might be opened and you might not be able to collect it. You can provide the pickup shop address as the shipping address and then redirect it to the pickup shop address when you receive the tracking information to trigger the collection code however we do not recommend this as this is outside of DPD's policy on PickUp shops which means they (and us) are not responsible for any issues with collection or loss and the package may be returned leaving you liable for return and reshipping costs.
Where the process has been followed correctly DPD are responsible for the redirect and can provide further assistance if your package cannot be found upon delivery for any reason. If you need assistance with DPD customer service please contact us. If your package is treturned to us as a result of an error by DPD or the pickup shop we will redispatch it at no cost to you.
If your package is not collected within 7 days it is usually returned to sender, we are able to refund the order minus shipping & return costs or re-dispatch once return and re-shipping costs are paid.
You can submit a redirect request via the DPD app, more information can be found here:
