If you have any concerns about a charge on your account, we strongly recommend contacting ABUCares before filing a dispute with your bank. Our team is here to help and may be able to resolve the issue directly.

What Happens When You File a Chargeback

  • Filing a chargeback will freeze or cancel your order and any pending refund associated with it.

  • The chargeback process can take several weeks to resolve, depending on your bank's policies.

  • ABU is notified of the outcome of the chargeback, whether it is resolved in your favor or ours.

  • You will be placed on a BAN list, until you contact us to resolve the issue.

Effects on Your Account and Future Orders

A chargeback can seriously affect your account status with ABU. Repeated chargebacks may lead to restrictions on your account or impact your ability to place future orders. Customers who initiate chargebacks without contacting us will have their accounts flagged and may be prevented from making future purchases.

Withdrawing a Dispute

If you opened a dispute by mistake, you must contact your bank to withdraw it immediately. Once the dispute is withdrawn, please inform ABUCares so we can assist in reinstating your order or processing any necessary refunds.
