Please note that Express Shipping is a carrier service, not an expedited fulfillment service from ABUniverse. We always do our best to ship Express orders first, but during high-volume periods like Cyber Week, your order may take longer to leave our warehouse before it’s handed off to the carrier.

If your Express order arrives late

Please contact us! When you choose Express Shipping, you pay us for it and we pay the carrier for that service. Most carriers offer delivery guarantees under their terms, which allow us to refund your full or part of the shipping cost if they miss the delivery window.
