Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this storefront and your purchases from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who you are contracting with

"We", "us" and "our" in these terms refer to that company. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we sell through.

Who may use the store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You may not use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose, and you must comply with the laws that apply to you when using them.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to anyone else.

Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide it to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with us. By using the store, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and us, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with us.

Acceptable use

You may not, in connection with the site: break the law or help others break it; infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property; harass, abuse or defame anyone; impersonate any person or entity; submit false or misleading information; send junk mail, chain letters, spam or other unsolicited advertising; upload viruses or other malicious code; collect or track other people's personal information; spam, phish, scrape, spider or crawl; use robots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the site except as allowed under "Automated access" below; or interfere with or circumvent the site's security. We may end your access to the store if you violate these terms.

Automated access and AI agents

Software that acts autonomously or semi-autonomously on a person's behalf (an "agent") may only access the store if it identifies itself as an agent and discloses its name in its user agent string as "Agent/[agent name]", does not mimic human behavior or complete or circumvent CAPTCHAs or other measures that distinguish humans from computers, answers truthfully when asked whether it is human, and does not bypass measures that control whether and how agents access the store. We may limit or block agent access at any time, including by technical measures.

Products, pricing and availability

Product descriptions, prices and availability can change at any time without notice, and we may discontinue a product at any time. We work to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colors faithfully. Quantities may be limited, and we may limit sales per person, per household, per order or per region. Any offer is void where prohibited.

The price charged for a product is the price in effect when you place the order, as set out in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. Promotions may be governed by their own terms; where those conflict with these terms, the promotion terms govern.

Despite our efforts, the site may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, including in pricing and availability. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders, including after you have placed an order.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion, and your order is not accepted until we confirm it; we must receive and process your payment before acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. If we decline, change or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information, that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide, and to keep this information up to date so we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed. You represent that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Chargebacks

Contact us and give us a reasonable chance to resolve a problem with your order before filing a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback reverses a payment but does not remove your obligation to pay. If you file a chargeback without having worked with us on the issue, we may decline your further orders, and we may recover the amount owed together with the bank and payment processor fees and collection costs the chargeback caused.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

How and when you can cancel, return or exchange an order, and the fees that may apply, are set out in our Refund Policy.

If you are a consumer, your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by these terms.

Shipping

Shipping methods, costs and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. Unless we say otherwise at checkout, you are responsible for any import duties and taxes charged on your order.

Product care

Some of our products are printed with an outer ink layer. This ink can transfer to other surfaces through friction or contact with substances such as oils, lotions and creams. We are not liable for discoloration caused by ink transfer.

Third-party tools and links

We may give you access to third-party tools we neither control nor monitor. They are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and you use them at your own risk under the terms of their providers.

Links on the site may lead to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for their content, products or services, and any transaction you enter into with a third party is between you and them. Direct complaints or questions about third-party products to the third party.

Your submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews or other material, whether we asked for them or not, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display them in any medium for any purpose, including commercially, and we are not obliged to keep them confidential, compensate you for them or respond to them. You represent that you own or have the rights to what you submit, and that you have disclosed any compensation or incentive you received for submitting it.

Your submissions must not violate anyone's rights or contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material or malicious code, and you must not use a false email address, pretend to be someone else or otherwise mislead us about their origin. You are responsible for what you submit. We may, but are not obliged to, remove content we consider unlawful, offensive or in breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including product designs, images, text, trademarks and their selection and arrangement, belong to us, our affiliates or our licensors. These terms permit you to use the site for your personal, non-commercial use only; you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell or exploit any part of the site or its content without our written permission, and nothing in these terms grants you any license to our, Shopify's or any third party's intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Disclaimer of warranties

We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, and we may suspend or discontinue it at any time without notice. Except as expressly stated by us, the site and the products sold through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the site or of any product bought through it, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data or replacement costs, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of their possibility. Where the law does not allow this exclusion, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or affects rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party because you breached these terms or violated any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

These terms apply until terminated by you or by us. You may terminate them at any time by telling us you no longer wish to use the store, or by ceasing to use it. If you fail to comply with these terms, we may terminate them at any time without notice and deny you access to the store; you remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. Obligations incurred before termination survive it, as do the sections on intellectual property, your submissions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

General

If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it is enforced to the fullest extent permitted and severed to the extent it cannot be, without affecting the remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies we post on the site, are the entire agreement between you and us about the store and supersede prior agreements and communications, including earlier versions of these terms. Headings are for convenience only.

You may not transfer or assign these terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent, and any attempt to do so is void. We may transfer or assign these terms and our rights and obligations without your consent, for example as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in its courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting the revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Check this page from time to time. We will notify you of material changes where applicable law requires it, and those changes take effect on the date given in the notice. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
