Local Pick is available from our locations in Northern Melbourne Suburb of Greensborough, Victoria.
Limitations on order quantities apply as stock has to be transferred from the warehouse. Maximum of 1 carton per order.
If you wish to organise a pick up, please send an email to simons@abuniverse.com or MAKE A NOTE on your order whilst placing it online, with your requested day. No more than 3 days in advance of collection date

When your order is ready for collection you will receive an email with the collection address listed.
Orders placed for collection will be available after 6:30pm on the day, or at anytime the next day.
Once you have been notified that your order is ready to collect this must be done according to the instructions on your notification e-mail.
We are not responsible for orders not collected within 24 hours should they go missing.
If you need to delay collection please email us with your revised collection requirements.
This feature maybe turned off at certain times due to holidays or other absences, A banner on the website will advise of this.
