Did you receive an email from DPD asking you to pay import and customs fees?
Before opening a support ticket, make sure that your item value or subtotal was below or equal to 150 €.
You can also see this by checking if your invoice includes taxes. If it does, this email was sent in error.
To resolve this for you, please contact us and provide us the following.
- A copy of the initial email that was sent to you, informing that customs and import duties are needed.
- If possible, the customs invoice declaring the needed items.
- The payment link that was provided to you in the email.
