If you ordered a sample pack, or during a promo in which we gave out additional codes, then the only place your code exists is on the packing sheet that comes with your order. Those codes are preprinted in large batches and are not attached to accounts. This means we do not have a way to retrieve those codes. We also have no way to prove that a previously issued code was not used, meaning we will not provide new codes on request. The only way to obtain one is to show a full photo of the front of the packing sheet that proves a code was never attached to it.
